Fees for our Homesearch Service - registration fee & success fee

Registration Fee

Our registration fee is £800 plus VAT. It demonstrates to vendors that all our clients are committed purchasers, and is refunded to you on a successful purchase.

Success Fee

This fee is payable once we have successfully acquired a property for you. We charge a pre-agreed fee ranging from 1.5% to 2% of the purchase price plus VAT.

Fees for Ancillary Services

We also advise buyers who have already found a property and wish to benefit from our professional advice and representation during the negotiation phase. Fees for this service are by agreement on an individual basis.
